What’s new in QuaverReady?
The QuaverEd team is always working to refine our resources and curriculums. On each of our Release Notes pages, you’ll find an organized list of relevant updates, improvements, and releases with links to more information and help pages.

Quaver is making two important improvements to help educators find relevant materials in Resource Manager.
First, we’re introducing an improved search experience that uses new tools to better understand what you’re looking for. Instead of returning hundreds of loosely related resources, searches will prioritize the materials that are most relevant to your search terms. These updates are intended to make it easier to find high-quality resources more quickly.
Second, resources are also being reviewed and updated so they are available only to the grade levels for which they were designed. If your school licenses a specific grade, you’ll now see resources that align with that curriculum rather than materials intended for unrelated grade levels.
Educators can now include Video Instructions within the Notes of their custom screens! In Screen Studio, select Notes, then Video Instructions to upload a video and include a transcript!
When this resource is selected in Resource Manager, there will be a video icon above the preview, which opens the video instructions.

There’s a new application available now in Resource Creation! Screen Studio can be used to create and customize your own Quaver screen.
It contains a variety of helpful templates to get you started, as well as the File Upload, Web Link, Video Link, and Multimedia functionalities from older versions of Resource Creation.

The Student Rewards application has been redesigned, with old buttons replaced with an easier to navigate menu! This is just a visual update and does not change functionality, but if you find yourself needing assistance, check out our updated help page (linked to the left) for a full tour and walkthrough of the application.

After

QuaverReady is all grown up! We’re so happy to now provide our social skills lessons for grades 9 – 12. Each lesson includes the same features as the younger grades – including morning meetings, lesson outlines, curriculum customization, and insight assessments.

Teachers can now edit the total amount of QuaverNotes awarded for completing an assignment!
By default, a student will be rewarded 10 QuaverNotes once completing an assignment, but now educator’s can alter that reward amount to 20, 30, 40, or 50.
Educators can do so by selecting a new button found in the upper righthand corner of the Assignment Creation screen, next to the Menu and Help buttons.

Students will now be rewarded with QuaverNotes when they complete an assignment or win a contest!

Bronze Level contest winners will win 10 QuaverNotes, Silver Level contest winners will win 20 QuaverNotes, and Gold Level contest winners will win 40 QuaverNotes. The winners will receive a notification in their Inbox, much like how they would if rewarded the QuaverNotes from their teacher, via QRewards.
