ClassPlay is an interactive resource library featuring 700 songs spanning various genres. Activities are linked to songs, enabling teachers to seamlessly integrate movement, instruments, and more into the classroom.
From your Dashboard, click on ClassPlay.
ClassPlay Layout
#
In the center section, you’ll find Song Resources. On the left side, you’ll see featured screens from the Teacher Toolbox, while the right side displays featured screens from your Student Interactives.
You can click the Full Toolbox or All Interactives buttons to navigate to either app from ClassPlay. Alternatively, you can access the Teacher Toolbox and Student Interactives from the home dashboard.
Song Resources #
In the center section, you’ll find a song list and their corresponding resources.
Throughout the Song Resources section, you will come across several icons. (Icon Legend to the right)
We will cover each icon in the following sections.
Song List #
From the song list, you can:
- Click the Play icon to preview a song directly from the list.
- Click the Song Info icon to learn more about the music, including the recommended grade levels, style, and key elements.
- Newly released songs have a New Content star.
MP3 Song Download #
Download your desired song by clicking the blue MP3 Download icon. This feature is useful for various purposes, including uploading to our Audio Playlist tool in Resource Creation or downloading songs for your school concerts. If you do not see a download option next to the song you want, please contact us!
*Please note you can download up to 50 songs per school year.
Song and Primary Activities #
The Song Activities, Printables, and the bottom Primary Activities panels will update according to your selected song. Examples include Full Score and Movement Videos. See other examples below:

Click on a Song Activities title to open it in a new tab. The Notes icon will give you more information regarding the Purpose and How to Use the screen.
Printables
Each song also contains relevant printables, including lyrics and worksheets to address cross-curricular connections.
Select a title to open it in a new tab and use the browser options to save or print the PDF.
Search and Filter #
Use the search bar to find songs containing the word or words you would like to search.
Click Filters next to the search bar to filter your search criteria. You can search by grade level or musical style at the top. Recently released songs have a red star. In addition, you can select advanced filters such as Style, Instruments, Key (Tonality), Meter, and Solfège.

Is Kind Words available for download yet? The words are great and I would love to use it in a program later this year. I can’t locate it in class play so far, only resource manager, which does not let me access a track for it.

I am working with our Content Development team to see why Kind Words is not in ClassPlay. But, in the meantime, the quickest way to get an Mp3 of the song “Kind Words” would be to email our support team at info@quavered.com. They would be happy to send the song over to you!
What is the difference between Track, Vocal and Mix? I want to download an accompaniment track for an upcoming concert but I’m not sure which option to select.

Great question! Here’s a quick breakdown of those audio options:
Mix: Includes both vocals and instruments—this is the full version of the song.
Vocal: Includes only the vocal parts without the instrumental backing.
Track: Instrumental only—perfect for performances or accompaniment, since it doesn’t include any vocals.
For your upcoming concert, you’ll likely want to download the Track version so your students can sing along with just the instrumental accompaniment!
Is “I Believe in You” available for download? It’s a wonderful SEL song- I’d love to use it for a concert.

Unfortunately, “I Believe in You” isn’t available for download because it is a copyrighted song that Quaver has licensed for streaming purposes only. We are glad to hear that you and your students enjoy it, though!
