Unregistered Licenses

Unregistered Licenses provides detailed information about unused licenses for your QuaverEd product(s). This section includes details such as license start and end dates, total seats, and the number of access codes registered by educators.

Only users with administrator access can view the Unregistered Licenses. If you don’t have access to District Admin tools, please contact QuaverEd’s Sales team for setup assistance.

To navigate to the District Admin Dashboard, select the Admin Tools icon on your dashboard. Then, select District Admin.

Unregistered License Layout #

Once orders are processed and licenses become active, teachers receive access codes to register their seats on the paid license. After processing, both unregistered and registered licenses will appear here.

The Unregistered Licenses section includes filters at the top of the screen, with license information displayed below in a chart format for viewing only. For any license actions, please visit the License Manager or contact our Sales Support team at SalesSupport@QuaverEd.com or 866-917-3633.

Viewing License Info #

In the License chart, reading from left to right, you will see the following columns:

  • School Name
  • License ID Number
  • Registered
    • If at least one educator has registered an access code, this will be checked.
  • License Start Date
  • License End Date
  • Number of Registered Educators
  • Total Available Seats on License

Filtering Options #

Filter by Registration Status

You can filter by Registration Status using two options: Registered and Unregistered.

Filter by Product

If you have access to multiple QuaverEd products, you can filter them using this option.

Active As Of

This filter allows you to view licenses that were active on a specific date by selecting the desired date.
