Only users with administrator access can view Unregistered Licenses. If you don’t have access to District Admin tools, please contact QuaverEd’s Sales team for setup assistance.
To access the District Admin Tools, click the Student Admin icon on your Dashboard, then select the District Admin icon as shown below.

The District Admin Dashboard is your central hub for accessing all QuaverEd administration tools.
Icon Descriptions #
Unregistered Licenses is where you’ll find detailed license information for your QuaverEd product(s). This section includes information such as the license start and end dates, the number of seats, and the number of registered access codes by teachers.
Usage Reports display how frequently teachers and counselors interact with the resources and provide insight into which specific resources they are viewing.
The License Manager allows you to transfer, edit, or remove a teacher from a school license. You can also view the license’s start and end dates, the number of active teachers, and the number of available spots.
