How to Use the Character Brain Breaks Calendar #
Brain breaks will automatically open to the current month’s calendar.
The calendar includes Character themes for each month, which are shown at the top next to the calendar month.
Each day, educators can select from four types of activities, which are color-coded for easy identification:
- 🎵 Music-Based Activities – Songs and rhythmic exercises that reinforce character traits.
- 🗨 Discussion Prompts – Guided questions that encourage students to reflect and share.
- ✏ Drawing Exercises – Creative activities to help students express their understanding of character values.
- 🎵 Movement & Mindfulness – Activities that promote active engagement and emotional regulation.
A themed subtopic will be reflected each week, which is displayed on the left.
