Usage Reports allow district supervisors to view teacher usage over time. This includes:
- What content teachers are using
- How much content teachers are using over time
- When a teacher last logged in
Users must be granted access to view district Usage Reports. Contact QuaverEd’s Sales team for help.
How to access a usage report:
- From your Dashboard, click Student Admin.
- Click Supervisor Tools.
- A new tab will open to QDex.
- Select Utilities in the Menu then Usage Reports from the Utilities dropdown.
Navigating Usage Reports:
At the top of your Usage Report, you’ll see a series of input fields. These fields allow you to request varying usage information: Range, Group By, and Time Interval.
- Range allows you to choose the date range you want to see usage activity. Use the date picker to select a start and end date. The report will then only pull usage activity from within that date range.
- Group By allows you to select whether you’d like to group usage by school or user. If you’re grouping by school, the usage for all users (teachers only) at that school will be combined in the report. If you group by the user, each teacher’s usage will be reported individually, though they will still be listed by school.
- Time Interval allows you to aggregate the usage activity data at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
Use the View dropdown to see usage reports regarding Total Teacher Access, Teacher Logins, Student Logins, Professional Development, or Teacher Access per Login.
You can also use the search bar to search for a specific user.
Detailed Usage Reports
Click any number in the table to view the resources used in that period. Note that not all resource usage is accounted for in Usage Reports.
- The user’s username, school, last login, and expiration are in the right-hand box.
- You can use the calendar to narrow the search if needed.
- The line items at the bottom show the type of activity viewed by the user, a short description, and the Date and time.
- Select the Export icon to export the usage report.
