Curriculum Features and Best Practices
Overview
The Curriculum Features and Best Practices button will guide you through the specific features of the QuaverSEL curriculum as well as best practices to support instruction. This documentation will walk you through how to navigate, launch, and print each of these supporting guides.
Prerequisites
You should already have a Quaver username and password and be able to access your Teacher Dashboard at QuaverEd.com. If you need login instructions or help to access the dashboard, please reach out to our team at Info@QuaverEd.com.

Navigation

From your Teacher Dashboard, select the Curriculum Features and Best Practices icon. This will load your QuaverSEL Curriculum Features and Best Practices menu.
Menu
Here you can see that the menu is divided into three primary sections:
- Curriculum Features
- Best Practices
- Presentations
Let’s take a look at these to get a better understanding of what each section contains.
Curriculum Features
The Curriculum Features contain all of the Scope and Sequence documents for grades Pre-K through 5th. When you make a selection, the document will open in a new tab.]

Best Practices
The Best Practices section includes white papers on topics such as:
- Teacher-led Student Discussions
- Using Social Learning Structures
- Realistic Roleplay
- Creating Rubrics
- Incorporating MTSS & PBIS
- Rewards Program

Presentations
The Presentations section includes downloadable PDF versions of each of these presentations which can be shared with colleagues and administrators such as:

- SEL Curriculum Using MBL

- Teacher SEL

Print Options
Each of these guides can be downloaded and/or printed using your browser’s print menu.
