From your Teacher Dashboard, select the Quaver Curriculum icon. This will load your Lesson Selection Menu, a bird’s-eye view of the lesson units found throughout the entire school year for each grade level.
The Lesson Selection Menu is organized by grade level, represented by buttons across the top of the menu. Use the grade level buttons to navigate to a specific grade level included in your license. For questions about adding grades to your license, please contact our team.
Within each grade level, lessons are organized in a logical sequence to scaffold learning across the grades.
- Pre-K lessons are organized into six-lesson themes that address a music and SEL concept through songs and stories
- Grades K-5 lessons are organized into three-lesson modules addressing general music themes which scaffold across grade levels.
- Grades 6-8 lessons are organized into multi-lesson projects, offering between six and 10 lessons per project on themes to engage middle school students.
Select Pre-K to see the Lesson Themes available. Select a Theme to view the lessons within.
Select a grade K-5, and your view will default to the first nine lessons in that grade. Select another nine-lesson block using the buttons below the grade levels to move through the year.
Following the first 36 lessons, you will find additional instructional materials. Grades K-3 will include a specific Quaver Musical recommended for that grade level. As of October 2020, Grades 4 and 5 will include two special projects that can be integrated at any time of year.
Select a grade 6-8, and your view will default to the first multi-lesson project in that grade. Select another project name using the buttons below the grade levels to move through the year. Each project can be taught at any point during the year as it fits your scope and sequence.
