Here you can access the full year of lessons organized into eight themes. Each theme contains four weeks worth of lessons, which can be taught as one healthy lesson, 5 days worth of daily doses, or through our Health + PE instructional methodology. From the Curriculum Menu, you can explore any lesson in detail.
Each lesson can be viewed in three different modes: Lesson View, Daily Dose, or Health + PE, with digital and printable lesson guides and teaching notes for interactive and engaging instruction ready to launch on any classroom or gymnasium technology.
Select the Teacher Toolbox icon to find domain-related tools to utilize in the classroom or gym every day.
The Teacher Toolbox will open with a number of tools related to each theme and special topic. Use the Categories on the left side to navigate and select a resource to launch. All PE-specific skill units (jump rope, catching, volleyball, and so on) can be located under the Teacher Toolbox and include differentiated instruction by both grade and skill level.
QuaverHealth’s Health Tracker serves as a progress monitoring tool for teachers and students alike. This tool allows students to check in daily to track their progress over nine different dimensions of health and it allows teachers to check individual student and class progress. Teachers can also create and set their own individual, class, and school goals to meet their school’s health and wellness goals and academic standards.
There are two methods the Health Tracker uses to check students’ overall health: Check-Ins and Journaling.
Click My Check-In icon (for grades K-2), My Journal icon (for grades 3-5), or Teacher Chat icon (for grades K-5) to utilize any of the three progress-monitoring tools of the health tracker.
