QuaverHealth Curriculum Lessons are accessed from an interactive lesson selection menu and launch as executable lesson guides. This documentation will walk you through how to navigate the QuaverHealth Curriculum Menu. From this view, you can see the entire curriculum and can easily find your place in the wonderful world of QuaverHealth.

From your Teacher Dashboard, select the Lessons icon. This will load your QuaverHealth Lesson Menu, a bird’s-eye view of the entire curriculum.
Down the left side of the menu, you’ll see the curriculum is broken down into eight modules:
- General Health
- Social Behavior
- Responsible Decision Making
- Healthy Practices and Hygiene
- Mental Health and Wellness
- Healthy Eating and Nutrition
- Disease and Illness Prevention
- Safety and Accident Prevention
Across the top of the menu, you’ll see each theme is explored over the course of four lessons.
For example, module 1 in 1st grade “General Health” includes a weekly focus on the following lessons:
- Lesson 1 – My Health, My Responsibility
- Lesson 2 – What Influences My Health Behaviors?
- Lesson 3 – Who Is a Healthy Helper?
- Lesson 4 – Reporting an Emergency (Coming soon!)
Lesson View, Daily Dose, and Health + PE

The QuaverHealth curriculum supports the unique ways elementary educators deliver health instruction. There are three tabs that represent three different uses.
This version can be used by a school counselor, teacher, health professional, or nurse to deliver a 30-45 minute fun and interactive health lesson.
This version was created for the classroom teacher who wants to cover a health topic over the course of a week in their morning meeting or circle time. The Daily Dose view lays out screen activities once a day in bite-sized chunks, culminating in a reflection, quiz, or challenge on the final day of the week.
Health + PE:
This version was designed specifically for PE teachers in charge of health instruction. The activities, games, and teacher notes weave together both Health and PE learning standards. The first three screens work as active warm-up activities, and the remaining two work as cool-down activities.
Exiting the Curriculum
From any view, select Back to return to the module view, or select Exit from any screen to return to your Teacher Dashboard.
