The QuaverHealth curriculum supports the unique ways elementary educators deliver health instruction. There are three tabs that represent three different uses.

Lesson View:

This version can be used by a school counselor, teacher, health professional, or nurse to deliver a 30-45 minute fun and interactive health lesson.

Daily Dose:

This version was created for the classroom teacher who wants to cover a health topic over the course of a week in their morning meeting or circle time. The Daily Dose view lays out screen activities once a day in bite-sized chunks, culminating in a reflection, quiz, or challenge on the final day of the week.

Health + PE:

This version was designed specifically for PE teachers in charge of health instruction. The activities, games, and teacher notes weave together both Health and PE learning standards. The first three screens work as active warm-up activities, and the remaining two work as cool-down activities.
