Add or Remove an Existing Student Account From a Class

Quaver teachers can add or remove students from existing classes in Teacher Admin easily. These steps are for existing student accounts.

Note: The examples used below are from QuaverMusic, but the same functionality is available in QuaverSEL curriculum resources as well.

To add a student to an existing class:

  • Select Student Accounts from your Teacher Admin menu.
  • Using the dropdown bar at the top of the screen, select the class you would like to add an existing student to.
  • Click the gray +ADD STUDENT ACCOUNTS button.
  • Select ADD EXISTING STUDENT ACCOUNT.
  • Enter the QuaverName of the student you’d like to add to the class.
  • Click SAVE.
  • The student is now added to the class!

To remove an existing student account from a class:

  • Select Student Accounts from your Teacher Admin menu.
  • Using the dropdown bar at the top of the screen, select the class you would like to remove a student from.
  • Click the student you would like to remove.
  • Click the red REMOVE FROM CLASS button.
  • A pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to remove that student. Click OK.
  • The student is now removed from the class!
